I’m a firm believer that where we are is right where we’re supposed to be and that what we are experiencing at this moment in life is just what we need to be experiencing for our growth and expansion.
I can tell you that though I know this to be my truth there are times when I resist the experience that life is offering me at that moment. I find that sometimes I want things to be different than what they are. I have learned that even the most evolved and conscious people are not immune to resisting what is sometimes as I do, but what I’m pleased about is that being a conscious person, I recognize this pretty quickly. When it happens I recognize it and don’t judge myself. I simply remind myself of what I know: that what I’m experiencing is exactly what I need to be experiencing in that moment for my highest good and then ask the question “what is this here to show me?” The answer always comes.
It’s not always a pleasant experience and often there is emotional pain and sadness. When we feel these emotions we may be tempted to reject or resist them as something that shouldn’t be happening and think that we are not in the right place. But know that no matter what you are feeling and experiencing, it is precisely what you need at that moment to continue evolving and growing. Allow yourself to be there and put something (dessert) in place to support yourself while you’re in this space: time alone, meditation, music, affirmations…whatever it is that you’re able to do that helps you feel good about where you are in that moment.
give yourself permission to have the experience without judgement of yourself and luv and support yourself through it. Get whatever nuggets of wisdom that are there for you in the midst of the experience; they are there. Even if we don’t think so they are there.
Trust the process and know that all is in Divine order and that you are growing and evolving at precisely the rate that is meant for you!
